Maharah signs agreement to provide Saudi support services and manpower services with SABIC for 10 years

Maharah Human Resources Company announced on Thursday the signing of a framework agreement for Saudi support services and the provision of manpower services with Saudi Basic Industries Corporation (SABIC), to benefit from the manpower services provided by Maharah to SABIC projects for a period of ten years.
The date of announcement of the award is 14.09.2022.
The company said in a statement on Tadawul that the value of the contract is related to the orders that will be issued from time to time by SABIC, indicating that the financial impact is expected to appear on the financial statements starting from the fourth quarter of the current year 2022, and it will continue during the validity period of the contract. Also, there are no related parties.
The Company confirms that the Saudi Basic Industries Corporation (SABIC) has not been granted any preferential treatment in this Contract and that it is within the Company’s normal business activity.
