Al Hokair negotiates related party to acquire hotel assets in exchange for issuing new shares

Abdulmohsen Al Hokair Group for Tourism and Development Company announced on Sunday that the company has entered into negotiations with Abdul Mohsen Al Hokair Holding Company (a related party) to acquire a number of hotel assets.
The assets are currently leased by the company in exchange for the issuance of new shares to increase the company’s capital and strengthen its operational activities and any new developments will be announced in due course.
