A subsidiary of Al Naqool obtains license to sell off-plan for Deer Villa project

Mohammed Hassan Al Naqool Sons Company announced on Sunday that one of its wholly owned subsidiaries (Deer Real Estate Company) has obtained a license to sell off-plan for the project (Deer Villa), located in Al-Malqa district, north of Riyadh, and based on the decision of the Off-plan Sale and Leasing Committee in its meeting No. (503) dated 7 /9/2022, and license number (M/109), with number of (10) units.
The company said in a statement on Sunday on Tadawul that the license allows the subsidiary to start advertising, marketing, selling and receiving payments for the project.
