Southern Cement BOD distributes SR105 mln cash dividends for H1

The Board of Directors of Southern province Cement Company decided to distribute cash dividends to company’s shareholders for the first half of the financial year 2022 as follows:
It added that the total amount distributed is SR105,000,000. The dividend per share amount per share is SR0.75. The percentage of dividends to the share par value (%) is 7.5 %.
The company said in a statement on Thursday on Tadawul that the number of shares entitled to dividends, the number of shares entitled to dividends, is 140,000,000 shares. The distribution date will be on Monday 26.09.2022.
The eligibility of profits is for the shareholders of the company who owns shares at the end of trading on Wednesday 14/09/2022 and who are registered in the company’s shareholders register at Edaa Center at the end of the second trading day following the due date.
