SASCO BOD distributes SR30 mln profits for H1

The Board of Directors of Saudi Automotive Services Company (SASCO) on 4 Sep. 2022 has decided to distribute a cash dividend to shareholders for the first half of 2022. The Total amount distributed is SR30,000,000.
It added that the percentage of dividends to the share par value (%) is 5 %. The dividend per share is 50 Halalh.
The company said in a statement on Monday on Tadawul that the number of shares entitled to dividends is 60,000,000 shares, and the date and method of distribution will be announced later.
It also added that the eligibility will be for the shareholders who own the shares on the date of entitlement (Thursday September 8, 2022) and who are registered in the Securities Depository Centre (Edaa) at the end of the second trading day following the maturity date.
SASCO remind the shareholders to update their investment portfolios account information to ensure the receipt of their dividends, according to Monday’s statement.
SASCO also request from shareholders who own shares as per shares certificates to deposit such certificates in their investment portfolio in order to ensure the receipt of their dividends.
