Amwaj Announces Start of Electronic Voting on Articles of General Assembly

Amwaj International Company announced on Thursday the start date of electronic voting on the items of the Extraordinary General Assembly meeting (the first meeting), starting from Thursday 01-09-2022 until the end of the meeting time, and registration and voting in Tadawulati services will be available.
This comes with reference to the announcement of Amwaj International Company on Tadawul website on 15.08.2022 regarding inviting its shareholders to attend the Extraordinary General Assembly meeting (the first meeting), which is scheduled to be held on Monday 05-09-2022 in the administrative headquarters of the company (Riyadh – Olaya – Al-Urubah Road) and through modern technology using the services of Tadawulaty.
