Saudi Aramco Distributes SR70.33 bln Cash Dividends for Q2

The Saudi Arabian Oil Company “Saudi Aramco” announced on Sunday the Board of Directors’ decision to distribute SR70.33 billion (18.76 billion US dollars) as cash dividends to shareholders for the second quarter of 2022.

It added that the number of shares eligible for dividends is 219,916,599,132.

The Dividend per share is SR 0.3198. The date of the board’s decision is 12.08.2022.

The eligibility date is 21/08/2022. The eligibility of dividends distribution will be for the shareholders of the Company who own shares on the eligibility date and are registered in the Company’s share registry at the Securities Depository Centre at the end of the second trading day following the eligibility date.

The dividend distribution date will be 07/09/2022.
