Al-Jouf BOD decides to distribute SR15 mln cash dividends for 1st half

Al-Jouf Agricultural Development Company announced the decision of the Board of Directors to distribute SR15 million in cash dividends to the Company’s shareholders for the first half, equivalent to 5% of the nominal value of the share.

The Company stated that the number of shares entitled to dividends amounted to 30 million shares, at SR0.50 per share.

The eligibility will be granted to the shareholders who own the shares at the end of trading on 15-08-2022 and are registered in the Company’s shareholders’ register with the Securities Depository Center at the end of the second trading day following the due date. In addition, the distribution date will be announced later.
