Makkah Construction and Development Company clarifies that, with reference to the announcement of the preliminary financial results for the period ending on Shawwal 29, 1443 AH, which was published on 12/26/1443 AH corresponding to 07/25/2022 AD, on the Saudi Stock Exchange website “Tadawul” and the explanatory announcement of the preliminary financial results. For the period ending on Shawwal 29, 1443 AH, which was published on 09/01/1444 AH corresponding to 07/08/2022 AD, on the website of the Saudi Stock Exchange “Tadawul”.

The company clarifies that the procedures for suspending the trading of listed securities will be applied in accordance with the listing rules approved by the decision of the Board of the Capital Market Authority No. (1-10-2019) on 05/24/1440 AH corresponding to 01/30/2019 AD and announced on the Tadawul website on 25 March 2019, indicating that it will announce any developments in this regard as soon as they become available.

The company clarifies that the financial results will be announced within ten days, God willing.
