Makkah Construction Expects Financial Impact on 2Q Results, Announces Financial Results within 10 days

Makkah Construction and Development Company explained on Sunday that the company’s financial results will be announced within ten days and expects that there will be a financial impact as a result of calculating unrecognized provisions.

This comes with reference to the announcement of the preliminary financial results which was published on 25.07.2022, on the Saudi Stock Exchange website (Tadawul),

The company has also clarified that the procedures for suspending the trading of listed securities will be applied in accordance with the listing rules approved by the decision of the Board of the Capital Market Authority No. (1-10-2019) on 30.01.2019 and announced on the Tadawul website on 25 March 2019, indicating that it will announce any developments in this regard as soon as they become available.
