Jazan Energy and Development Company (JAZADCO) announces that the Board of directors accepted on 06-08-2022 the resignation of Chief Executive Officer Miss. Bedor Nasser Al-Rashoudi, due to her personal reasons, her resignation shall be effective as of 01-11-2022. With her continuation as a board member.

The Board of Directors extends its sincere appreciation and gratitude to Miss. Bedor Alrashoudi for her efforts during her tenure as CEO, wishing her continued success.
