Chemanol: Ali Al-Asiri, Member of BOD resigned, Sabri Al-Ghamdi Appointed as his Successor

Methanol Chemicals Company (Chemanol) announced on Monday the Board of Directors’ decision to accept the resignation of Board Member Eng. Ali Mohammed Al-Asiri (Executive Member), as he submitted his resignation on 24/07/2022 in order to focus on his duties as CEO and on the company’s strategy, and the appointment Eng. Sabri Mohammad Al-Ghamdi (Independent Member) as a new board member, starting from 25/07/2022 until the end of the current Board membership on 11/11/2024.

Board approval is not final and this decision will be presented to the first meeting of the General Assembly for approval.

The company’s Board of Directors extends its sincere thanks and appreciation to Eng. Ali Al-Asiri for his active participation during his term of membership in the Board of Directors.
