Natural Gas GA Appoints Auditor to Examine and Audit Financial Statements of 2022

The Board of Directors of the Natural Gas Distribution Company announced on Thursday the results of the Ordinary General Assembly meeting (first meeting), where the meeting was held on Wednesday 20/07/2022 through modern technology means.

Voting Results on the Items of the General Assembly’s Meeting Agenda’s:

1. Approval of the appointment of the auditor, Ibrahim Ahmed Al-Bassam & Company, Chartered Accountants from among the candidates, based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, to examine, review and audit the annual and semi-annual financial statements of the fiscal year 2022, and determine his fees.
