SABIC Agri-Nutrients Announces Relocation of Headquarters to Qurtubah District in Riyadh

SABIC Agri-Nutrients Company announced on Tuesday the relocation of the company’s head office from Jubail Industrial City to the new head office in Riyadh, Qurtubah District, after completing all the regulatory requirements as of 19 July 2022.

This comes with reference to the company’s announcement on the Saudi exchange Tadawul website about the results of the extraordinary general assembly meeting, including approval to amend Article Two of the company’s bylaw related to the company’s head office on April 14, 2022.
