Mulkia Gulf Real Estate REIT distributes SR8.9 mln to Unitholders for 2Q

Mulkia Investment Company announces the distribution of cash dividend worth SR 8.854 million/ SR 0.13 per unit to Mulkia Gulf Real Estate REIT Fund Unitholders for the period from 01/04/2022 to 30/06/2022.

The eligibility of dividends shall be for the unit holders registered in the registers of the Securities Depository Center by the end of Tuesday 27/12/1443H corresponding 26/07/2022G (end of Sunday trading day on 25/12/1443H corresponding to 24/07/2022G).

The company added that the percentage of dividend to the Unit’s Initial Price is 1.3%, while the percentage of distribution ratio of the Net Assets Value is 1.39%. The dividends will be paid within 15 business days post the eligibility date.

The Fund Manager also would like to remind the Unitholders to update their financial institution account information in order to ensure depositing the outstanding distribution to their accounts directly.
