Target: Demand growth for software developers to be among the most in-demand jobs in the world

Target human resource services and consultancy has estimated that the jobs available for software developers will grow by between 30% and 40% annually, to be among the most in demand in the world with the acceleration of digital transformation processes for companies and governments alike.

According to CNBC, Target saw that major companies around the world were forced to adopt a distributed, remote work model to reach technical competencies around the world with their aspiration, side by side with governments, to complete digital transformation, at a time when the required competencies are lacking.
