The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud addresses pilgrims, citizens, residents and Muslims around the world as follows:

In the name of Allah the Merciful,

Praise be to God, who said: (And [due] to Allah from the people is a pilgrimage to the House – for whoever is able to find thereto a way), and prayers and peace be upon the faithful Prophet, his family and all his companions.

My brothers and sisters, pilgrims to the Sacred House of Allah:

My brothers, guests of Saudi Arabia:

My fellow citizens and daughters, my brothers and sisters residing on the land of our dear country:

O Muslims, Muslim women everywhere,

Peace, mercy and blessings of God be upon you.

I greet you from the land of the message and the landing point of revelation, asking the honorable Lord to to make their Hajj accepted, their efforts appreciated and their sins forgiven.

After the exceptional health conditions that afflicted the whole world; We thank God for facilitating the return of pilgrims by His grace, glory be to Him, and then thanks to the huge efforts made by workers in all sectors, in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Praise be to God and thanks for his great bounty.

My Muslim brothers and sisters:

As a result of the great success achieved by the Kingdom in confronting the Covid-19 pandemic, we have raised the number of pilgrims this year to one million pilgrims from home and abroad, while taking precautionary measures, in order to ensure the safety of pilgrims, and take care of their health.

May Allah accept their Hajj from the pilgrims, and bless the Muslims their Eid.

My God help us for what is good.

Peace, mercy and blessings of God.
