Saudi Fisheries Appoints AbdulRahman Al Owais as Board Member

Saudi Fisheries Co. announced that the board of directors had passed by voting to appoint AbdulRahman Al Owais to act in his capacity as Board member (nonexecutive director), representing the Saudi Agricultural and Livestock Investment Company (SALIC) for the current board session, which ends on October 24, 2023.

The resolution has been approved by virtue of letter No.O-22-0053, dated July 3, 2022, issued by the Saudi Agricultural and Livestock Investment Company (SALIC).
