Nayifat Appoints Yosef Alshaer as Member of Board of Directors

Nayifat Finance Company announced on Tuesday that based on the recommendation of the Nominations and Remuneration Committee, the Company’s Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Mr. Yosef Ibrahim Alshaer (Saudi Nationality) as a board Member (Independent) to occupy the board’s vacant seat in the board completion of its session on 24/09/2022.

It added Mr. Yosef Alshaer has more than 35 years of experience, he has a Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering from Central Florida University – USA 1984, and has a Master’s degree in Executive Management from Michigan University – USA 1997, he served 30 years from 1984 to 2014 in Samba Financial Group and the last 5 years was appointed as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of the whole group, and he is the founder and CEO of Beetra Electronics & Communications from 1989 to present.

Board approval may not be deemed final; this appointment shall be presented at the first general assembly meeting for approval.
