Saudi Cables appoints Wasatah Capital as financial advisor to manage capital reductions

The Saudi Cable Company has announced the appointment of brokerage firm (Wasatah Capital) as a financial advisor to manage share capital reduction.

The company will announce any further developments promptly after filing the capital reduction request to the CMA.

This is a reference to the company’s announcement on a trading site on 2022/06/02 regarding the Board’s recommendation to reduce the corporation’s capital and thereby increase it by offering pre-emption rights.
