NBM appoints financial advisor for moving to main market
The National Company for Building & Marketing (NBM) announced the appointment of Yaqeen Financial Company (formerly Falcom) as a financial advisor for the purposes of moving from the parallel market (Nomu) to the main market based on the updated and amended listing rules according to Resolution No. (1-52-2022) corresponding to 04/13/ 2022 AD.
