Arabian Contracting Signs Agreement to Become Exclusive Advertising Agent in Dubai Financial Centre

Arabian Contracting Services Co. has entered with Elevision Media, a leading digital advertising company for residential and office complexes (which owns the full advertising rights of the Dubai International Financial Centre-DIFC) into an exclusive agent agreement for advertising services to appoint Al arabia as an exclusive agent for advertising in Dubai International Financial Centre and its affiliated areas.

Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) which is located in UAE-Dubai, is the leading financial hub for the Middle East, Africa, and South Asia (MEASA), Comprising a variety of world-renowned retail and dining venues, a dynamic art and culture scene, luxury residential apartments, hotels, and public spaces, DIFC continues to be one of Dubai’s most sought-after business and lifestyle destinations.

Due to the extensive hands-on experience that Al arabia has in selling, managing, marketing, and leasing of advertising spaces, it has been appointed as an exclusive representative of Elevision Media in the out-door advertising portfolios and granted exclusive rights in order to identify and attract customers and businesses with the aim of achieving its goal of expanding and developing its businesses in the region.

Elevision Media will Expand its businesses of developing digital screens in new markets, provided that the Arabian Contracting Services Co. company promoting them exclusively within its advertising networks.

The term of this agreement starts on 1/7/2022 and the period is 7 years.

Also, this agreement may be extended or changed in another way through a mutual written agreement between the two parties.

The financial impact resulting from this agreement will be reflected starting from the 4th quarter of 2022, as the income from the operations resulting from this agreement will be shared between the parties (Revenue-Share model) according to previously agreed percentage.

A study was also conducted on the possibility of the Arabian Contracting Services Co. acquiring a (majority stake) in Elevision Media in order to expand in the region and increase the advertising network, in addition to strengthen the company’s strategy by investing in digital screens, and any material developments in this regard will be announced immediately.
