AlNaqool announces date e-voting on GA items

Reference to the announcement of the Mohammed Hassan Al Naqool Sons Company on the Saudi Tadawul website on 23/10/1443 AH corresponding to 05/24-2022 AD regarding the invitation to attend the Extraordinary General Assembly meeting (the first meeting), which will be held, God willing, at 6:30 pm on Wednesday 11-16-1443 AH corresponding to 06-15-2022 AD, by means of modern technology, the company would like to remind its shareholders that electronic voting will be available to shareholders registered on the (Tadawulaty) website, starting from ten in the morning on Monday 11/14/1443 AH corresponding to 13-06 – 2022 AD, until the end of the Extraordinary General Assembly time.
