Musharaka REIT signs lease contract with int’l logistics company SR 32,4 million

Musharaka Capital, the fund manager of Musharaka REIT, announces the signing of a lease contract with an international logistics company to rent Al Baraka warehouses with a total area of 29,955 sqm.

The rental contract term is 5 years with total rental value of SAR 32,400,000.

The positive financial impact of this contract on the fund will be starting from the third quarter of 2022, as this will increase the fund’s revenue from this property compared to the previous year.
