Aramco Announces Deposit of proceeds, in Eligible Shareholders’ Accounts, from sale of fractional shares in connection with Capital Increase

Saudi Arabian Oil Company (Saudi Aramco) announces the distribution of proceeds, to eligible shareholders, from the sale of fractional shares in connection with the Company’s issuance of one bonus share for every ten shares held by shareholders, as approved by the extraordinary general assembly (first meeting) held on 12 May 2022.

The company said that number of sold shares reached 290495, the fractional shares sales revenue reached 12,008,809.15 and the average selling price per share is 41.34.

The depositing fractional shares sales revenue in the bank accounts of eligible investors will be effective as of 2022-06-09.

The proceeds from the sale of the fractional shares will be deposited to investors’ bank accounts, linked to their investment portfolios.
