Al Alamiya GA Approves Financial Statements for 2021, Number of Businesses and Contracts

Al Alamiya for Cooperative Insurance Company announced on Tuesday the results of the Ordinary General Assembly meeting (first meeting), which was held on Monday 06/06/2022. The percentage of attending shareholders is 71.77455%.

1. Approve the Board of Directors Report for the fiscal year ending 31/12/2021

2. Approve the Auditors Report on the Company’s account for the fiscal year ending 31/12/2021

3. Approve the financial statements for the fiscal year ending 31/12/2021

4. Approve the business and contracts that will be concluded between the Company and with Riyad Bank. The Board Members Mr. Abdulaziz Yousef Bin Yousef and Mrs. Amal Abdullah Al-Lwaymi have an indirect interest as they are representatives of Riyad Bank at the Board of the Company. These businesses and contracts are Insurance contracts as per the company approved insurance policies with no special treatment. The total value of this transaction during 2021 amounts to SR 7,400,431
