Sadirat accumulated losses down to 10.64% of capital

Referring to the company’s announcement on the Saudi Tadawul Website on 12-05-2022 of the results of the extraordinary general assembly meeting (10th) which included the approval of an increase in the company’s capital, The Saudi Industrial Export Company (Sadirat) announces a decrease in its accumulated losses to 10.64% of the capital which is 194,400,000 SAR.

The reason is the approval of the Extraordinary General Assembly (10th) which was held on 11-05-2022 to increase the company’s capital in order to raise the financial solvency and strategic expansion of the company.
