Wataniya Insurance distributes SR19.8 mln to Right Issues Owners

Wataniya Insurance Company announces the distribution of the compensation worth SR 19.802 million to the Rights Issue owners who did not exercise their rights to subscribe to the New Shares.

The Lead Manager “Arab National Investment Company” deposited the amounts in the bank accounts of eligible persons who have not exercised their rights to subscribe to the New Shares. As for the eligible persons whose bank account data is not available or incomplete, they can contact the Investor Relations department.
