Arab Sea Announces Start of Electronic Voting on General Assembly Items
Arab sea information system Company announced on Thursday the starting date of electronic voting on the agenda items of its Ordinary General Assembly meeting that will be held on Monday 06-06-2022, on-line using Tadawulty systems.
It added that shareholders who are registered in Tadawulaty services can vote remotely starting from Thursday 02-06-2022, and up to the closure of the Ordinary General Assembly meeting.
