Salama Insurance Submits Capital Reduction Application File to CMA

Salama Cooperative Insurance Company informed its shareholders that it has submitted the application file to reduce the capital for approval to the CMA on Wednesday 25/05/2022.

This comes with reference to the Announcement of Salama Cooperative Insurance Company on 17-03-2022 regarding the Board of Directors’ Recommendation to Reduce the Company’s Capital.

The company will announce any future developments in this regard in due course.
