Jadwa REIT Distributes SR37.3 mln profits for 1Q to Fund Unitholders

Jadwa Investment Company announced on Wednesday the distribution of cash dividends to Jadwa REIT Saudi Fund’s unitholders for the first quarter of the year 2022 as follows:

Type of distribution is cash dividends. The dividends maturity period is in 1st Quarter of 2022. The total distributed dividends are SR 37,301,957. The number of outstanding units on which cash dividends will be distributed is 186509785. The amount of dividends distributed for each unit (SR) is 0.20. The percentage of dividend to the unit’s initial price (%) is 2.0 %. The percentage of distribution ratio of the net assets value (%) is 1.78 %.

The percentage of distribution ratio of the net assets is 31.122021. The cash distributions entitlement will be for unitholders as per the unitholders register on the end of 02.06.2022.

The dividends will be paid within (20) business days post the eligibility date. The Fund Manager remind the unitholders to update their bank account information in order to ensure depositing the outstanding distribution to their accounts directly.
