Saudi Enaya GA Agrees to Works And Business Made with Related Parties

Board of Directors of SAUDI ENAYA Cooperative Insurance company announced on Wednesday the results of the Ordinary General assembly Meeting (Second Meeting), which was held on Sunday 24/05/2022 through modern technology after reaching the legal quorum as per the company bylaws. The percentage of attending shareholders is 24.61%.

Item (8): Approval on business and contracts concluded between the company and Khaled Ahmed Al-Juffali Industrial Company and for which a member of the Board of Directors Mrs. Al-Dana Khaled Al-Juffali has an indirect interest in it which is a medical insurance contract for the company’s employees for a year for SR 201,573.08. This agreement has no preferential terms.
