JAZADCO GA Agrees to Form Audit Committee, Define Its Duties for Members

Jazan Energy and Development Company (JAZADCO) announced on Monday the Results of the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting, (Second Meeting), which was held on Sunday May 15, 2022, an hour after the specified period from the first meeting, due to incomplete quorum required for the first meeting.

Voting Results on the Items of the General Assembly’s Meeting Agenda’s:

• Approval of the formation of the Audit Committee, and the definition of its duties, work regulations and remuneration of its members, starting from date of the assembly’s convening until the end of the term on 12.04.2025. The following are the names of the candidates:
• Turki Ahmed Alobilan – independent (Chairman of the Committee)
• Abdulmajeed Sulaiman Mohammed Aldukhail (member from outside the Board)
• Abdulaziz Sulaiman Abdullah Aldukhail (member from outside the Board)
