Bahri to issue Sukuk worth SR3.9bln
The National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia, known as Bahri, announced that it’s planning to issue sukuk worth SR 3.9 billion to refinance the company’s existing sukuk which will be matured in 2022-07-30 .
The company added in a statement on Tadawul that the offer of the Sukuk will be subject to the approval of the relevant regulatory authorities.
