Jarir Marketing BOD recommends SR246mln profit distribution for 1Q

Jarir Marketing Co. announced on Monday the Board of Directors’ resolution to distribute cash dividends to the company’s shareholders for the First Quarter Of 2022. The gross amount distributed is SR 246 million. The dividend per share is SR 2.05 per share.

The company added that the number of shares eligible for dividends is 120,000,000 shares. Percentage of Dividend to the Share Par Value (%) is 20.5%.

The eligibility of dividends shall be for the shareholders whose owns shares on maturity Monday,16/05/2022, and registered with the Securities Depository Center Company (Depository Center) at the end of the second trading day following the date of maturity.

The eligibility date shall be on May 16^th 2022 while, the distribution date shall be May 25^th 2022.
