Naseej Announces Start of Electronic Voting on Agenda Items of GAM

Naseej International Trading Company announced on Sunday that the electronic voting will be available on the agenda items of the GAM, starting on Sunday 08.05.2022 until the time the general assembly meeting ends.

This comes with reference to the company’s announcement published on the Saudi stock exchange (Tadawul) on April 6, 2022 regarding the invitation to attend the General Assembly Meeting (First Meeting), which is scheduled to be held by means of modern technology, God willing, on Wednesday 11.05.2022.
