Albilad Capital distributes SR564K profits for April

Albilad Capital announces the distribution of cash dividends to the Unitholders of Albilad Saudi Sovereign Sukuk ETF for the month of April 2022 as follows:

1. Total distribution dividends SAR 564,997.40.
2. Cash Distributions shall be based on 14,800,000 outstanding units.
3. The amounts of dividends distributed is SAR 0.0382 for each unit.
4. The distribution ratio is 0.43% of the net asset value as on Wednesda 26/09/1443H, corresponding to April 27, 2022.
5. Cash distribution entitlements to unitholders shall be based on the unitholder register on the end of Tuesday 09/10/1443H corresponding May 10, 2022.
6. Distributions will be paid within 10 days.

The Fund Manager would like to remind the Unitholders to update their information with Capital Market Institution, where their accounts are being held, to ensure the direct deposit of their due distributions.
