Taleem REIT Fund distributed SR9mln profits for 1Q

Saudi Fransi Capital announces the distribution of a cash dividend to the unitholders of Taleem REIT Fund for the period from 28 Jumada Al Awal 1443H (corresponding to 1 January 2022) to 28 Shabaan 1443H (corresponding to 31 March 2022) as follows:

The total amount distributed is SR 9.180 million. The dividend per unit is SR 0.18 per unit. The percentage of dividend to the each unit is 1.8%.

Number of outstanding units on which cash dividends will be distributed is 51000000. Dividends distributions will be paid within 15 business days.

The Fund Manager also would like to remind the unitholders to update their bank account information in order to ensure depositing the outstanding distribution to their accounts directly.
