Electrical Industries GA Oks SR45mln profit distribution for 2021

Electrical Industries Company (EIC) is pleased to announce to its shareholders the results of the Ordinary General Assembly meeting (First meeting) after completing the legal quorum of the meeting with an attendance percentage of 57.85%.

The shareholder’s GA approved the Board of Directors’ recommendation to distribute cash dividends to shareholders for the year of 2021.

The total amount distributed is SR 45 million. The dividend per share is SR 1 per share. The percentage of dividend to the share par value is 10%.

The company said in a statement published on Tadawul that the distribution date is will start from May 17^th 2022.
