Tasfiah retrieves SR4bln in 1Q 2022

Meshary Elanzy, the spokesperson of the Saudi Real Estate Contributions Commission , known as Tasfiah, said that the Commission regained more than SR 4 billion ($1 billion), and around five-million sqm have been retrieved in the Kingdom.

He added that Tasfiah regained more than SR 11 billion for shareholders since its founding 12 years ago.

 Elanzy noted that a five-million-square-meter beach in Eastern Province has been sold for over SR 4 billion, in what was described as one of the largest real estate transactions in the Kingdom.

He explained that 40K shareholders benefited from these amounts of money regained by Tasfiah.

During the first quarter of the current year, Tasfiah held 4 auctions in the Kingdom to sell more than 5.5 million square meters for over SR 4.3 billion. Also, around SR 419 million has been paid for shareholders in the same quarter.
