With reference to the judgment of the Commercial Court in Riyadh issued on April 7th 2021, in Case No. (1970) for the year 1442, approving the opening of the financial reorganization procedure for the National Agricultural Marketing Company – Thimar (formerly) Thimar Development Holding Company currently Register Commercial No. (1010068222), and with reference to the judgment of the Commercial Court issued on 23 / 03 /2022, to approve the date of the shareholders’ vote on the proposal. The Board of Directors of the company is pleased to invite the shareholders to vote on the proposal for the financial reorganization of the company, which was determined by the court on Thursday 13/09/1443 AH corresponding to 04/14/2022 at 10:00 pm in (Riyadh).

Which will be supervised by the Secretary of Financial Reorganization appointed by the Commercial Court in Riyadh, Mr. Hani Al-Aqili, and according to Article (46) of the executive regulations of the bankruptcy system, the owners’ meeting shall not be held unless attended by owners representing at least 25% of the company’s capital.
