Arab Sea announces latest developments for limited liability Company founding

Arab Sea Information System Co. announced that after the completion of the issuance of the Memorandum of Association and the commercial register of its subsidiary company under the name Era Data information technology (a limited liability company wholly owned by the Arab Sea Information Systems Company) with a capital of SR 5 million, Some agreements were signed with local companies to set up data centers and supply devices and accessories.

The company added in a statement published on Tadawul that there are no costs associated with the event during the current period, and the financial impact will be announced later, if any.
