SASCO completes acquiring 80% of NAFT for SR1.1bln

Saudi Automotive Services Co. (SASCO) announced that it has completed the acquisition of 80% of NAFT Services Limited Company share capital in the amount of SR 1.1 billion.

SASCO refers to its announcement on the Tadawul website on January 26, 2022 related to the acquisition of 80% of NAFT Services Limited Company share capital in the amount of one billion and hundred million (1,100,000,000) Saudi Riyals, and its addendum announcement on January 31, 2022.
