JAZADCO Announces Start of Electronic Voting on Items of General Assembly

Jazan Energy and Development Company (JAZADCO) announced on Thursday the start of electronic voting on Ordinary General Assembly Meeting Agenda (First Meeting) that will be held on Monday date 11 April 2022 at via modern technology means.

The company assures to all of its shareholders that registration and voting are limited to the assembly’s items through (electronic voting), which will be available to shareholders registered on the Tadawulaty Platform from on Thursday 07 April 2022 until the end of the assembly time.
