SEDCO Capital Distributes SR20 mln Profits to Unit Owners for 1Q of 2022

Saudi Economic and Development Securities Company (SEDCO Capital) announced on Thursday the distribution of cash dividends to the unitholders of SEDCO Capital REIT Fund for the period from 01 January 2022 to 31 March 2022 as follows:

1. Total distributed dividends SR 20,268,750

2. Cash distributions will be made on the basis of 117,500,000 outstanding units

3. The amounts of dividends distributed is SR 0.1725 for each unit, and its percentage to the initial price of the unit is 1.725%, which translates to 6.90% on an annualized basis

4. The distribution ratio is 1.91% of the net asset value as of 31.12.2021

5. Cash distribution entitlements to unitholders shall be based on the unitholder register on the end of Wednesday dated (06.04.2022) – by end of trading day Monday (04.04.2022).

6. Distributions shall be paid within 60 days.

The Fund Manager wants to remind the unitholders to update their information with the Capital Market Institution, where their accounts are being held, to ensure the direct deposit of their due distributions.
