Albilad Capital Announces Resignation of Khalid Al-Sharif, the BOD Member of Albilad Gold ETF

Albilad Capital announced on Thursday a change in the membership of the board of directors of Albilad Gold ETF due to the resignation of board member Khalid Muhammad Al-Sharif (Independent Board Member) from 21.03.2022. The formation of the board of Directors, after the change, shall be:

1. Zaid Muhammad Al-Mufarih (Dependent – Chairman of the Board of Directors)

2. Haytham Sulaiman Al-Suhaimi (Dependent Board Member)

3. Omar Ali Bassal (Independent Board Member)
