Herfy Food BOD announces E-voting date
Board Herfy Food Services Company told its shareholders that the starting date of the electronic voting on the agenda Items of the Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting (The First Meeting) will be March 28th 2022.
The company added in a statement published on Tadawul that registration in Tadawulaty service and voting is provided free of charge for all shareholders.
