Alinma Investment Company announced on Wednesday the approval of the Fund’s Board of Directors of a non- fundamental changes to Swicorp Wabel REIT Fund, such change will become effective on 05.04.2022.” The details of the non-fundamental change are as follows:

Changing the name of the fund from Swicorp Wabel REIT Fund to Alinma Retail REIT Fund

Changing the Shariya Committee to the Accredited Shariya Committee of Alinma Investment Company
