Group Five GA Agrees to Amend Articles of Association Related to Company Name

Group Five Saudi Pipes Company announced on Tuesday the results of the extraordinary general assembly meeting (the first meeting) that was held on Monday through modern technology means, within the framework of supporting preventive and precautionary efforts and measures by the competent and relevant health authorities to address the emerging corona virus (Covid 19). Voting was done through my trading system, where the attendance rate was 61.8%.
