Buruj Insurance General Assembly Agrees to Elect 7 Members to BOD

Buruj Cooperative Insurance Company announced on Tuesday the results of the Ordinary General Assembly meeting (first meeting), which was held at on Monday 07.08.2022. The percentage of attending shareholders is 54.57%.

The results of the voting on the Assembly’s agenda were as follows:

1. Approval of the election of the Board of director’s members from among the candidates for the next session, which begins on the date 09.03.2022 for a term of three years, ending on 08.03.2025.

The elected Board members are:

1. Mr. Yasser Youssef Naghi

2. Mr. Ahmed Mohammed Hamed Al-Marzouqi

3. Mr. Adel Abdullah Al-Summon

4. Mr. Zine El Abidine Abdullah Berri

5. Mr. Ziad Bassam Al-Bassam

6. Mr. Bader Mohammed Aleisa

7. Mr. Sultan Fahad Alrashed
